Frequently Needed
- Lost your score? Scores are tied to your browser's localStorage. Clearing browser data removes your Player ID and local score history.
- Display name taken? Each display name must be unique. Try adding numbers or underscores to make yours unique.
- Game not loading? Make sure JavaScript is enabled and try a different browser. Snake Game Online works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
- Leaderboard not updating? Scores sync when the backend server is reachable. If you see "Leaderboard unavailable," your score will be submitted next time you play.
Response Time
We typically respond to emails within 24-48 hours. For urgent game-breaking bugs, we aim to respond within a few hours.
